Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your Patcharavipa online purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the item(s).  All of Patcharavipa products are made to order therefore we cannot offer full refunds.  Please contact info@patcharavipa.com with details of your online return request.

 

We will only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and in the original Patcharavipa packaging and labels.  Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries and that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be returned.  Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels and packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Faulty

If you have received a faulty product, please notify us immediately for assistance. info@patcharavipa.com

Resize

We will gladly offer resize within two sizes within 14 days from the date of receiving the item(s).

Re-plating guide

Black Rhodium jewellery is guaranteed for 12 months, during this period it will be re-plated free of charge, if required. Black Rhodium may eventually wear-off jewellery, we can re-plate your Patcharavipa items in 2-3 weeks at a cost of £30-£60. Please email info@patcharavipa.com for quotation.

Repairs

Patcharavipa jewellery is guaranteed for 12 months, under normal conditions of wear and tear. After 12 months, if your Patcharavipa jewellery needs to be repaired, please contact us to discuss the repair and charges. On rare occasions we are unable to repair certain Patcharavipa jewellery if they are no longer produced by our house, therefore we no longer use this jewellery technique or carry spare components, especially items made from rare materials.
